Enterprise Digital Transformation NYC

the Sacrifices Executives and Employees will Need to Make for

true Digital Transformation

Join us for the launch of Enterprise Digital Transformation NYC Meetup as we moderate a conversation on the human price of innovation.

Companies worldwide are pouring millions of dollars into digitizing their organizations, as quickly as possible, with AI, machine learning, automation software and other emerging technologies that will offload repetitive grudge-work to algorithms and robots.

But what does this really mean for employees (from c-suite executives to administrative assistants) and at what price will this newfound creative freedom and digital transformation come?

Our special panel of thought-leaders in corporate innovation will have a no holds barred, interactive conversation with attendees on how executives and employees will be impacted by Digital Transformation initiatives and what will be expected of them as companies reinvent their processes and business models with AI technologies.

Lite food and beverages included.

The Conversation

Companies  face a daunting, uphill climb in their quest for true digital transformation and the promise of growth, freedom and increased customer engagement that it will bring. This fact hasn't been lost on executives and employees. According to a recent research study that surveyed 450 heads of digital transformation at companies in the US, the UK, France, and Germany, 80% felt that their company would be left behind if it didn't achieve digital transformation, and 73% of IT leaders believed that they might be fired if their digital transformation project failed.

The pressure is on. And companies are pouring a ton of time, money and effort into digitizing their organizations, as fast as possible, with new AI software that will offload repetitive grudge-work to algorithms and robots, while empowering everyone in the organization to do more meaningful work.

But at what price will digital transformation come and what exactly will  be required of stakeholders throughout the organization, from the C-suite, to IT, to business departments, in order to make a company's transformation successful and substantive? Join us for this important discussion that looks at what PEOPLE are going to have to contend with to understand and work through the incredible changes coming our way. This will be an interactive discussion with the audience so bring your questions!

“How can organizations empower employees to be digitally strong? That is the question.”
